Well since I have no interest in losing my adventurous spirit , it would have to be my memory .
The more I give to consciousness/awareness , the more consciousness gives to me . .... ....

I expected as much, but how would you go about that?
The reason I'm asking is because I am interested in ways to train and improve memory myself.

Ive read a couple books that say poor memory is due to poor concentration. Other thoughts competing for attention and distracting us from what it is we should be remembering . I would have to say this is true in my case especially. Im reading another book now that touches on all forms of concentration and explores the idea ( which i like very much ) that if you find something you like it is easy to concentrate on that one thing i.e. chess , reading , writing , lifting weights , you get the point , but this is not real concentration . We like these activities anyway , and the concentration gleaned from them can not be applied in other areas as easily or as efficiently. True concentration must be practiced in other more mundane ways that arent nearly as entertaining. Anyway ive went on long enough heres the pdf link to the "The Power of Concentration" . Let me know how you like the book.
