Leo Tolstoy - The Last Station
I can't wait to see this movie..
The Last Station is a German biographical film about Leo Tolstoy, based on a 1990 biographical novel of the same name by Jay Parini. It stars Christopher Plummer as Leo Tolstoy and Dame Helen Mirren as his wife Sophia Tolstaya.
The film explores the troubled marriage and the turbulent final year in the life of the Russian writer and philosopher, ending with his death at the Astapovo train station.

Re: Leo Tolstoy - The Last Station
I am so curious about this movie.
Reading his Confession closed me to him even more than I used to be during the time back when I was reading his magnificent literature.
I started a topic about Tolstoy's Confession.
I can recommend everyone to take a bit of time to read his Confession.
