The idea is for you to post your most memorable quotes here.

I have chosen quotes on truth, because it is a personal obsession of sorts... I believe there is too much deceptiveness in life in different shapes and forms, today perhaps more so than ever before. I've come to realize that with so much hypocrisy around truth as a choice is not always viewed upon with a smile, but I have decided a long time ago not to care. Not to stray away from it just because it happens to not be as popular as falsehood.

We have this spiritual patchwork game and my choice was Honor. That is also connected with truth as a choice. There can be no honor without truth.
You can have friendship and still be dishonest, you can have wisdom while being dishonest, empathy, tolerance, caring,... many of these qualities (and they are truly qualities) are possible without truth, but not honor.

My choice for this time are quotes of Deepak Chopra. I admire his conrribution to the global changing of consciousness. Almost all his thoughts give me moments of blissful state of new awareness about life and my place in it.

Yes.. that's a great quote Dermot!

I checked and it would seem that it is a quote by Henry Ford (was news to me too, though I have heard the expression before):

"Whether You believe you can, or you can't, you are right."
