The video is made by some YouTube user, with clips from Bram Stoker's Dracula.
I adore certain scenes in this movie, and was looking for a particular one, which is how I came across this song.

Sabina, a moving song, Another one to add to my collection....the movie, Dracula, is one of my favorites. I love the line "I've crossed oceans of time to find you"
