• Size of Tranquility: 5,000ft² or 465m²

• The annual heating cost: £60!!
And no.. that's not because the house is in a warm climate!

• All the water in Tranquility is provided by the rain and the annual cost for that including foul water disposal: £9.50

• Domestic hot water costs less than £40 per year.

• Replicating Tranquility is estimated to cost only 5.5% over a normal modern build.

Beautiful information...
I think that as a child I felt what actually Life is; the very same as I said above, living in harmony with nature by developing self relying abilities, creative forces one has and joy of improvisation, which in fact is the combination of all other characteristics.
Now, when there is a chance to build such a house self , based on primary personal needs and harmonized with that what one needs over the day in order to feel well in the own home, such a topic is like call for a new adventure.
It is great that this approach to the style of living is growing as it is connected with awareness about many other things that as changed can contribute to the better world.
Thank you Sabina.
