I absolutely agree with Ryan.

It's not a matter of faith in myself. It's a matter of judging the facts and estimating a situation so as not to put my life at risk unnecessarily. However, as Mirjana said: "Circumstances change the view." I would accept to cross any bridge to help or save someone on the other side, but I wouldn't cross them for fun.
Sometimes people overestimate their abilities and end up physically or emotionally injured,and as a result their self-confidence drops dramatically. This does not mean that we should not try something that is risky, but we have to know our limitations and use common sense.
