Ray Mears.... he's cool! What can I say? If I say "mountain man" Ray Mears is probably the last image that would run through your mind... and you got to love it! He's no Grizzly Adams or Paul Bunyan but he knows what he's talking about.

Here's an interesting tale along with some helpful facts for any of you who might do some recreational sailing or boating in the open waters...

He is definitely not, but that only makes it so much better! =0)
He is quite natural about it all, no pretense, not even a hint of arrogance, and his enthusiasm is contagious. Not that it's difficult to be enthusiastic about any of this... quite the opposite.
