music that moves you

That ancient art form whose medium is sound.
Melody, harmony, rhythm and inspiration.

Yes, I like the lyrics. You kind of brought up the Stones, which reminded me of Angie, which automatically lead me to Sad Lisa by Cat Stevens.
Both those songs, me, 20 years ago, on an acoustic guitar, playing and singing.

Yeah... thanks, but I sing only in front of a very selected group of people, lol
Used to be that way anyway.
Who knows, maybe I have changed, but I don't think so.
A couple of years ago Ryan and I composed a song together, wrote the lyrics for it and sang it in front of family for Christmas.
I was shaking visibly!
It was of course still an awesome performance. =0@ =0)

To Dermot:

In Crete, you most probably heard Nikos Xilouris. He came from Crete and although he died in 1980, his songs are still very popular on the island.

Other Nikos that come into my mind are: Nikos Kourkoulis, Nikos Vertis, Nikos Karvelas, Nikos Portokaloglou, Nikos Papazoglou and Nikos Makropoulos.

Another very popular singer in Crete and all over the country is Notis Sfakianakis. But it is Notis, not Nikos.
I hope this helped...

She was shaking soooo bad if she was holding a glass of milk it would have been cream by the end of the song.... and ME!! I was trying to rush through it... I was singing too fast.

Randall,

Correction...
I just listened to it for the first time since then, and it was not awesome at all. =0@ =0@
We are kind of cute though in our... what do you call that... not having a handle on a situation, lol
=0@
The family loved it back then, and we took their word for it. Now in retrospect, they are such liars! LOL
