Journey to the Center of the Earth
I came across the below image by Raphael Lacoste. It is concept art for "Journey to the Center of the Earth" (the new version?). It evokes a feeling of mystery and tranquility at the same time, at least in my case. Maybe it has something to do with my feelings for that particular novel by Jules Verne.

By the way, Jules Verne's book was inspired by Charles Lyell's Geological Evidences of the Antiquity of Man of 1863.

I love both versions of this movie. It belongs to ever green. It is great family movie that brings exploration and adventure into our homes.
