Impressive Female Voices

I know there are many great female performers that I could begin with, but I will start with Siouxsie.

Voice: Siouxsie Sioux
Siouxsie and the Banshees: "Carousel"

Which female voice(s), excl. opera singers, impressed you?

Dermot, those are all great voices.
The next one is my personal weakness. She is great voice and personality and this song has a special meaning for me. So, I do hope that others can enjoy it too.
As this is not in English, there is a translation of verses bellow.

We could have had it all, if the day were a little longer, and you found some time for me
We could have had it all, if only you were gentle again
Where's the road that leads to you?
Where can I find peace, when everything has fallen apart?
We could have had it all If only you were gentle again.
The town is empty, and I roam the streets alone
Like a shadow I know that it's raining in your heart, and that everything we once had is slowly disappearing from this world

That's a beautiful song, mirjana. I do like the original by 'the beloved' too.
