Equal Wealth

Postby Sabina » Fri Jan 29, 2010 6:51 pm

Is it possible for every human being to be rich/well off at the same time?
If that were to happen, would anyone have the need to have more than the others?

Certainly...that's the sad part of it all, that is why the state of things is in the shape it is in now. Not knowing when enough is enough...

I don´t think it is. There are so many people today who, even having enormous wealth, they still want more, in spite of the fact that they have already covered grand-grand children with their money. So, if they have such a need in the time when they belong to those who have already had incomparably more than other, I can imagine that people with such a nature will be worst in the situation where all people have the same.

But, if for any reason, that we at the moment can not imagine with our understanding based on the experience things are now, level of consciousness would change so drastically that your question would turn into reality, then many other things should change too, (envy, jelousy, obsessive competition, control freak ...) as they stay as another pole in a chain with this money issue in this world of duality.
If there were no time, no space, nor duality, then I can imagine everything else would be possible too.

Most of the wealthy are unhappy, it is not what we do not have that keeps us from happiness, it is what we WANT AND COVET. Sooooo all those that are truly happy don't need equal wealth and would not feel the need to have more than others.
