I said borderline song not borderline cheese... some could think it is a classic... going all Top Gun about things... a little bit of sentimental stuff in there... Or you could say it is complete cheese... I could possibly agree with either judgment... I didn't say which!

No disputing your implied message "borderline song". It was solely based upon my perception as "borderline" + "cheese" equating to "borderline cheese".

Yes, going all Top Gun and all ... mid-eighties, 1st date, & nachos ta' boot. Not even popcorn, he had to have "Nachos w/extra cheese". Lols. Memories ... tweedle dee ...
Yes, it certainly contains sentimental "shhtuff", but all that comes to mind is 1st date, and more cheese puhhlease!! Lols ...

No, I'm saying it's borderline cheese, but the experience behind it was "completely cheesy". =0o ... "Oxo" is classically cheesy. Love the "Whirly Girl" - lols ;)

Mirjana, hands down this one is a "Classic" (with a smidgen of cheese). It brought a big smile to my face ... "Life is beautiful". Bravo!!

That's definitely a classic, Mirjana. If any cheese there, it is a very expensive cheese, the type one might snack on while sipping wine, and listening to Dean Martin. Now, That's Amore.

How about this one? You'll have to ply me with wine and expensive cheese to hear my background story concerning this song.

After listening again, after years, I still like the song, cheesy or not.

Oh, I see, if Sabina doesn't know it, then no way it's a classic? Uh-huh. It was a #1 hit; come on, work with me here.
