A Walk

I was walking down a street and started thinking about my DS friends. Suddenly the words "Oh, you beautiful people" escaped my lips, I actually said it out loud. I continued walking with a big smile on my face when I saw the fireworks straight ahead. That is not a common sight here, unless it's New Year's. Then I heard the loud "Bang". The first one was orange, followed by a multi-colored set. Arriving at the main street I turned right. It was raining, gently, and every once in a while a few drops fell on my face. My jacket had a hood, but I didn't want to use it. Each drop felt like a gentle kiss or a soft hug, and I continuously smiled as I walked down the busy street. The fireworks stopped, I thought, and exactly in that same moment I heard another "Bang", except it wasn't behind me, it was beside me.
As I continued to walk every once in a while I heard the fireworks, always to my left. It was as if they were following me. In actuality, whoever was starting the fireworks probably walked a path parallel to mine, a street or so away. Be that as it may, having fireworks follow a walk is not a commonplace thing.
It all began with a thought about you, my friends, so I wanted to share it with you. <3

It's easy.. I get it here every day, so giving this energy back, as well as spreading it everywhere around me was in fact never easier. Being here, and getting to know you all, the relationships that have developed, all these talks, all the love and energy, it has transformed my life in a way. Not that my life was bad at all... it was already beautiful.
See, my problem is actually that I feel very verbal about all this, but I also feel like if I said everything that's on my mind, about how exactly I feel, that I would sound a bit crazy.
This walk today (which actually happened exactly as I described it) was an illustration... and I had to say at least that much. Plus this now... lol

Sabina you are not crazy!

Everywhere i go recenly there are fire works going off. Stars shooting from the sky, multi coloured rainbows of them. Everywhere.

I say to people - arent the fireworks amazing, and they nod, and go away, fast.

Some men in white coats agreed with me that the colours and sounds were particularly beautiful, before handing me some 'sweets' and a glass of water. The fireworks were not as visible/ audible then for a while but thankfully they are back now as bright and loud as ever..

Its comforting to know that all across this wonderful flat earth of ours, all day every day, fireworks mark our passage where ever we go....

Ah the lovely men with white coats are back........and you wouldnt believe it, they have more sweets for me! AH BLESS !

B0) You just couldn't resist the temptation... I know how it is. And 'stories' of people in white coats always bring out the best in us. :)

Life would not be complete without fireworks. Course you have to be careful with them, because they can burn you as well. =0o

For me a life with fireworks and the possibility of a burn is better than no fire wokrs at all! <3
